v0.1.11 - Removal of external downloads

This update doesn't add much in the game, but i had to remove the in game download of data due to cost related issues
As a side effect of this the file sizes for the download massively increased and the webGL build can no longer function.

I am really sorry for this but for a hobby project it just wasn't sustainable for me, i hope y'all will understand
